Directions

From Points North (Heading South on Route 128, I-95S):
Take Exit 27A ("Totten Pond Road"). (DO NOT TAKE THE WINTER ST. EXIT.) Go straight to the traffic light, then turn right onto the bridge over Route 128. Proceed straight to the second light, staying to the left. Make a left onto Wyman Street (directly in front of the Shell gas station), then an immediate right onto Winter Street. Make a left into the Winter Street Office Park at 245-265 Winter Street (immediately after the Somerset Court entrance, also on your left). See "At the Building" directions, below.

From Points South (Heading North on Route 128, I-95N):
Take Exit 27A ("Totten Pond Road"). On the exit ramp, go straight to the traffic light, staying in the left lane. Turn right toward Totten Pond Road but stay in the left lane. Take an immediate left onto Wyman Street (directly in front of the Shell gas station), then an immediate right onto Winter Street. Make a left into the Winter Street Office Park at 245-265 Winter Street (immediately after the Somerset Court entrance, also on your left). See "At the Building" directions, below.

From Boston:
Take the Mass. Pike (I-90) West to Route 128 North (I-95N). After 4 miles on Route 128, take Exit 27A ("Totten Pond Road"). On the exit ramp, go straight to the traffic light, staying in the left lane. Turn right toward Totten Pond Road but stay in the left lane. Take an immediate left onto Wyman Street (directly in front of the Shell gas station), then an immediate right onto Winter Street. Make a left into the Winter Street Office Park at 245-265 Winter Street (immediately after the Somerset Court entrance, also on your left). See "At the Building" directions, below.

From Cambridge:
Either take the Mass. Pike (I-90) West-directions are same as from "From Boston," above, or take Route 2 West to Route 128 (I-95) South-then follow directions "From Points North (Heading South on Route 128, I-95S)."

At the Building:
The top of the driveway bends to the right. After the bend, go straight ahead to the North Lot of 245 Winter Street, the second building from the driveway. We are on the 4th Floor, which is one floor up from the North Entrance. Suite 400 is directly across the elevator landing from the stairs.

There is a ramp and elevator at the North Entrance. At the South Entrance, on the other side of the building, you can enter the building and the 1st Floor elevator lobby without having to go up a ramp.
