Paul is highly regarded as an expert legal advisor to developers, landlords, institutional lenders, and private parties on a full range of real estate transactions and land use concerns involving office, retail, industrial, and residential properties. In particular, Paul’s representation in acquisitions and dispositions, along with secured financing and leasing, focuses on implementing and expanding his client’s business deal in a manner that avoids unproductive negotiations and stressful closings. With more than 20 years of experience behind him in both real estate and business law, Paul also works to resolve disputes outside of the civil litigation system through serving as a neutral mediator, a non-litigation legal advocate, or as a Collaborative Law practitioner. Paul is Of Counsel to the firm.
Paul is also Of Counsel to The New Law Center, LLC and is President - Elect of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. Previously he was a founding partner of Faxon & Laredo, LLP, and prior to that was an associate at Craig and Macauley, P.C. Paul graduated from Amherst College and Northwestern University School of Law. Paul has a passion for eco adventure travels with his family.
