Brenda Ulrich is a featured speaker at the upcoming MCLE Intellectual Property Law Virtual Conference. The conference will cover trends and developments for IP counsel, business lawyers and litigators.
Brenda presents a program entitled, “Copyright: The End of the Line.” In the conversation, Brenda will cover a range of topics such as the statutory termination of copyrights, reversion clause rights, estate planning for authors and artists, and negotiating gifts of copyrighted works for inclusion in archives and at museums.
