  • Negotiation of multiple office leases in commercial properties throughout Massachusetts.

  • Advise public companies on leasing issues.

  • Representation of purchasers in connection with the buy-out of a family interest in a large real estate complex. Also handled all of the related institutional financing.

  • Negotiation of commercial leases for the relocation of a financial services firm, catering company, and business consulting company.

  • Advised an internet company in connection with a cell tower lease.

  • Negotiation of a lease on behalf of a large specialty medical practice for anchor space in new medical office building.

  • Representation of a rehabilitation facility in connection with the sale of its portfolio of 10 real estate properties for approximately $11 million.

  • Representation of a non-profit corporation in connection with the acquisition of commercial property. Also handled $6+ million Mass. Development bond financing related to the acquisition.

  • Advised a manufacturing company in connection with a $11 million bank refinancing.

  • Representation of a non-profit corporation in connection with the sale of two urban properties with environmental issues for approximately $3 million in the aggregate.
